Regarding Shop Sir Bean
Who is the team that works at Shop Sir Bean?
Shop Sir Bean is a currently a one-person team! I run shop Sir Bean all by myself :)
How often do you restock?
I restock products depending on how popular they are. Stickers take a while to produce, so stickers will be made as I find time between my college class schedule :) you can find updates on my Instagram page!
Where are you located?
Shop Sir Bean ships from California, United States.
Regarding Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes!
If my package gets damaged or does not arrive, can I get a refund?
refunds are discussed on a case-by-case basis. Because I am a small business, and do all of the work myself, I cannot guarantee a complete refund. Losing a package really sucks and is a frustrating loss on both ends.
Does Shop Sir Bean provide tracking?
yes! When you check out, you have the option to choose a tracked shipping option for orders in the U.S.
My package is missing! What should I do?
Please email me at jeeppeepdoodles@gmail.com . If you want to guarantee that your package does not go missing, I recommend choosing to purchase tracked shipping when you check out, especially if you have a large order.
How long should it take to receive my package?
Shipping time has varied per country, weather conditions, and COVID-19 restrictions. So far, people in the U.S. usually get their orders within 5-10 business days. International is dependent on the mailing system in your country, which can take up to a few weeks.

How does Shop Sir Bean pick their Sloth Conservation Group of the season?
I follow several different rescue centers' and sloth groups' work. Each season I look through different groups current projects and news and pick a group that I haven't donated to in a while and that I feel does good and active work for rescuing, rehabilitating, ethically researching, and releasing wild sloths :)

How can I donate to your work?

Where do my donations go?
Your donations help me several ways:
- Disability Assistance. As a chronically-ill and disabled adult, medications, treatments, and other disability-aids are a huge financial burden for me and my family. Donations will help ease the financial stress so that I can spend more money on my shop and on everyday necessities. Also, because of my conditions, it is very difficult for me to hold a 9-5 job and even a lot of part-time jobs. Donations will help me stay on my feet in times where I cannot fully work.
- Up-keeping my shop. It takes a lot of money to run a shop. Your donations will help me run a Shopify, keep all of the programs to create my art, and order the variety of products.
- Everyday Life Needs. Any leftover money will go to helping me pay bills and buy groceries so I can stay healthy and ready to run the shop with my best efforts!
Regarding Commissions
Do you do commissions?
I do not currently take commissions due to my heavy workload with school and my chronic illnesses.
When can we expect commissions to open?
I plan to open them after I graduate college in May 2024 :)
