• Orders are usually packaged on Saturdays on Sundays 
• Orders are usually mailed out on Mondays
• Any delays in packaging and shipping out orders on these days will be announced on my Instagram story. 

I am based in Southern California, United States. I ship through USPS. 

NOTE: I am a one-person-run small business, meaning I do everything, from social media management, product design, website management, and packaging all by myself. I am also a disabled and chronically ill, full-time university student who is also working on my senior thesis, which means my plate is full 24/7. Please be patient with me if there is a delay in shipment of your order. I promise I always work as hard as I can to keep up with orders.

Do you ship internationally? 

yes! I ship through USPS, so once it arrives in a different country, it depends on the international shipping company in your country. 

If my package gets damaged or does not arrive, can I get a refund? 

Refunds and exchanges are given on a case by case basis. Please review our Refund & Exchange Policy for more information.

Does Shop Sir Bean provide tracking? 

yes! When you check out, you have the option to choose a tracked shipping option for orders in the U.S.

Domestic Shipping Options: 

I am a student/staff/faculty member of Loyola Marymount University. Do I need to pay for shipping? 

Students and Staff at Loyola Marymount University who order from Shop Sir Bean get a 50-75% discount on shipping (depending on the product) until May 2024. Please email me at jeeppeepdoodles@gmail.com if this policy applies to you.
